Supervisor de Almacén (Tijuana)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Validate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Own and drive operational adherence to the inventory control policies established within the business objectives.
• Work with Supply Chain Manager and buyers to standardize inventory processes.
• Provide support to Production areas by replenishing and expediting materials to the production floor on time without delays.
• Manage the Inventory/Cycle count team who perform daily cycle counts, monthly or yearly physical inventory and inventory reconciliations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ Warehouse Supervisor experience
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Physical Inventory process
• Previous manufacturing industry experience
