Responsibilities

• Provides immediate supervision to semi-skilled support team members. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team.
• Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and training.
• Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data centers. Executes specified routine tasks and meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan.
• Provides input and guidance towards budget.
• Overall site capacity supervision.
• Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards.
