Job Summary
This role leads functional requirements for Salesforce and related enterprise applications, delivering reliable solutions through design, analysis, testing and deployment.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Salesforce configuration and maintenance; troubleshoot and monitor system performance.
- Maintain knowledge of application landscape and partner with technical staff to improve usage.
- Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality and collaborate with stakeholders on action plans.
- Design Salesforce processes, scenarios, workflows and use cases; obtain approval.
- Oversee day‑to‑day activities, ensuring issues are escalated to appropriate personnel.
