Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab :
- Oversee daily food operations, including food preparation, storage, and dining areas, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Provide consistent, efficient, and friendly customer service, handling complaints directly when necessary.
- Assist in managing day-to-day event service operations under the manager’s guidance, maintaining brand standards and achieving profitability.
- Ensure effective stock rotation and maintain inventory levels according to company policies, including equipment storage and usage.
- Follow food and beverage control procedures at all times.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, cooking procedures, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
