Supervise staff working in Bulk Picking. Ensure that unsafe acts are not performed by staff and visitors in the assigned work area.

Fluent in the department's process to ensure adherence, provide answers to employees, and address outside inquiries.

Partner with the Assistant Manager and other Supervisors to build awareness of business processes and changes.

Develop rapport quickly and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally by coordinating with all departments involved in the process.

Provide support to internal and external customers, including all divisions of the multi‑channel business and suppliers.

Execute the strategy and direction of the Department, ensuring that all support tasks for the department are completed in a timely manner.
