Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day repair and overhaul operations in a high‑technology environment on the day shift.
• Motivate and energise the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement.
• Manage main performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and productivity.
• Assist in developing and managing the budget and hiring.
• Supervise work‑shift changes.
• Host and take part in meetings with other managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics, business administration, or engineering.
