Employment: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, day shift, on‑site.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• Be part of the Reliability & Maintenance Service Supervision team, responsible for maintaining and repairing engine parts production equipment.
• Manage employees in a unionized environment.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and assign work priorities.
• Act as a resource person for the department.
• Apply the rules of the collective agreement.
• Take charge of projects (layout, health & safety, environment, productivity, etc.) that enable continuous improvement.
