Supermarket Supervisor

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Organize the work teams in their shift starts.
- Deliver materials to production respecting the FIFO methodology.
- Coordinate material delivery requirements from storage areas to production areas (lines).
- Take care of the physical integrity of the productive material, avoid damages and inventory discrepancies.
- Efficiently manage resources (material and human) for the satisfactory development of assigned activities, always seeking continuous improvement and as if (achievement of tasks).
- Supervise that the transactions in the systems (SAP, LRS, ADS, etc.) are carried out in a timely manner.
- Maintain accuracy (veracity) of inventories (physical = system) related to the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Supervise safety, attendance, punctuality and follow-up to the rules, procedures, and work instructions of the personnel in charge (materialists, forklift drivers, data collectors, etc.).
