**Requirements & Qualifications**:- Comprehensive maintenance on daily work.
- Train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.
- Coordinate and prioritize buildings & machinery repair, maintenance and projects.
- Involve input from team members in assigned projects.
- Review and prioritize work order requests, determine activities required for completion of work and set completion date.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Document and prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it meets working standards.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program.
- Participate in ongoing process improvements and implement maintenance procedures.
- Oversee spare parts inventory stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
