Responsibilities
- Deliver the specified work within time, within budget, and to the desired level of quality and workmanship.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, trade contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to prepare and execute project plans in accordance with contract documents.
- Attend pre-construction meetings and all other project meetings with stakeholders.
- Communicate project status with all stakeholders as required.
- Coordination of construction crews, owned and rented equipment, material supply, inspections, and subcontractors.
- Maintain communication and working relationship with owners, subcontractors, contract administrators, and other stakeholders including local residents.
- Correction of any deficient work.
- Maintain up to date record of progress on projects.
