Superintendent – Vancouver High‑rise Project Axiom Builders is seeking a Superintendent to support construction management on a landmark high‑rise development in Vancouver. You will lead a portion of the field and site team, working closely with the Senior Superintendent and the larger Field Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager and communicate regular updates such as field reports, safety inspections, staffing requirements and schedule updates.
Oversee subcontractor performance with regards to safety and scope of work.
Ensure sufficient staffing to achieve safety, schedule and quality objectives.
Identify and advise of design deficiencies, schedule interruptions or other project issues.
Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions and change notices.
Supervise and direct trades and laborers through regular inst...
