We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our team.
The successful applicant will assist a property manager with a portfolio of small-mid size buildings. This is a good opportunity for those just starting out in the field or looking for more experience.
The condominium administrator is responsible for assisting and coordinating all property management, administrative and maintenance activities. Duties and responsibilities will include assisting the Property Manager in the day to day running of condominium buildings, responding to requests and inquiries, receiving and processing CEF payments, following up on arrears, and general record keeping and filing. Candidates should have previous experience. Condominium courses or RCM designation a plus.
Experience in condominiums is preferred.
