Description: Ledcor is hiring a Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection, applying the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to ensure compliance with Ledcor HS&E standards and relevant OH&S acts.
- Ensure project materials are supplied and work is completed in compliance with the Project Quality Program.
- Verify that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes, maintaining quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and drive the construction schedule with the project team; ensure project milestones and completion dates are met.
