Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, ship managers, operators, shipyards, and other key stakeholders in the maritime sector. Participate in regular customer meetings to understand operational challenges, identify service opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide direct on-site support during troubleshooting, inspections, service attendance, dry dock activities, and emergency situations when required. Act as the first local point of contact for customers, reducing dependency on HQ and supporting the 24/7 service organization.
