At Chandos, we hire construction Superintendents who set the standard - technically strong, safety focused, forecasting experts that are proficient in technology and exceptional at leading people and projects. We have open roles currently but we also maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction.
