We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution for high‑voltage substation and electrical construction projects across Ontario. This role oversees crews, subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality for all electrical scopes, including installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise field crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of substation electrical equipment (transformers, breakers, switchgear, control cabinets, protective relays, reactors, grounding systems)
• Oversee high‑voltage terminations, cable installation (up to 2750 kcmil), splicing, testing, and commissioning activities
• Plan and execute daily/weekly work schedules, ensuring productivity, resource allocation, and adherence to project milestones
