Summer Co‑op Program - Model‑Focused Test Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a model‑based testing framework
• Develop a framework to automate test plans and procedures to verify requirements in an Agile setting using Cameo (Cameo/DOORS/Jira)
• Support documentation for the implemented framework
• Log, assess and test gaps using Lockheed Martin Canada Inc.'s defect tracking tool
• Participate in release and sprint planning as required

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Willingness to work hours including evenings and weekends, if required.
• Ability to solve difficult problems within a team.
• High degree of initiative and autonomy.
• Availability for a four‑month period starting May 2026.
