Job Description
- Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
- Monitor operational key performance indicators and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
- Coordinate cross-border campaigns
- Liaise closely with key account managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback
- Send out daily status updates to the team on performance and upcoming activities
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Creative and innovative approaches to solving problems
