We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in our Sudbury Terminal .
The Maintenance Coordinator completes a series of day-to-day administrative and clerical duties for the Sudbury maintenance department. Principle task includes coordinating the repair and maintenance of the Gardewine Fleet. Other duties include coordination of parts/supplies with parts clerk, data entry, correlating and filing of equipment safety documents, and dealing with all types of telephone and other inquiries. This position involves communicating and working with suppliers, terminals, the Sudbury dock, customers and shop staff to ensure all repairs (internal and contract) are scheduled in an efficient manner.
