Successfactors LMS Consultant (Saskatoon)

SAP SF Implementation LMS consultant Conduct design workshops, manage client counterparts, work with overall HR stream lead Develop and own Learning workbooks and guide client counterparts on use Manage off-shore module support resources Have End to End implementation experience including designing, implementing, and cutover of Learning module and integration with broader SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance/Succession, etc.) Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub Understand the business HR aspect of Learning across a variety of industries Solid communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and explain technical processes to non-technical audiences and bring them on the journey
