Responsibilities
- Run and manage restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure food safety
- Ensure sales targets are achieved at all times
- Optimize cost of goods
- Perform stock take, ordering, and plan weekly roster
- Ensure restaurant compliance and good maintenance
- Ensure consistently high quality of customer service in all areas
- Respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- Ensure effective and friendly communications with all supervisors and staff, and develop a happy and cheerful working relationship with all staff
- Maintain cohesiveness of the team to maximise positive teamwork efforts
