Job Title
Estimator – Reporting to the Estimating Manager
Responsibilities
- Analyzes documents, drawings, specifications, addenda, and quotations in preparation for pricing.
- Performs any estimate related oral and/or written communications with clients.
- Performs quantity take‑off within the design phase and from construction drawings where applicable.
- Coordinates / obtains pricing from Subcontractors and incorporates into estimate.
- Collaborates with Procurement to obtain pricing from Suppliers and incorporates into estimate.
- Collaborates effectively with Operations, PMO, Finance and Owners staff as appropriate, driving project success and learning.
- Formulates all costs for price modelling, pricing and tender submissions – labour, equipment, material, rentals, and subcontracts.
