Subsea Engineer (Offshore Vessel)
Overview
The Subsea Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and control of subsea equipment systems onboard an offshore vessel. Working within the back deck/subsea department and reporting to the Chief Subsea Engineer, this role supports subsea operations and ensures equipment is maintained in line with operational procedures and manufacturer guidelines. The position also contributes to developing capability to step into senior responsibilities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain subsea equipment systems in a safe, efficient, and controlled manner
- Support subsea operations onboard, working closely with the Chief Subsea Engineer
