Key Areas of Accountability

• Understands, communicates, and implements best practices that are related to all Data Management processes.
• Manages processes including but not limited to process updates, error trends discussion, error correction, etc.
• Well knowledgeable in all Data Management Tasks.
• Provides guidance on resolving process-related challenges.
• Coordinates and proactively works with Supervisor for action planning to improve team quality.
• Delivers coaching and feedback to employees struggling with quality metrics.
• Reads and analyzes different medical documents (e.g., Prescription, Patient Information Form).
• Adapts to and works with different tools and systems.
• Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPPA).
• Completes assigned work in a timely and efficient manner.
