Subcontracts Manager
Location: Toronto, ON; Hamilton, ON, CA
Reporting to the Sr. Procurement and Subcontract Manager, the Subcontracts Manager will oversee and manage all Procurement disciplines; Subcontracts, Purchasing, Material Control, Expediting, Logistics for the assigned Project related to Aecon’s Heavy Civils works to maximize profitability, improve efficiency and drive strategy.
What You'll Do Here:
- Oversees and monitors all Subcontract Administration processes at the site level to ensure compliance with Aecon Plans and Policies.
- Responsible for functional support of Subcontract Administration and Procurement teams, and support of personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining the Standard Agreement Documents.
- Reviews and approves any variations to the procurement and subcontracting process.
