Responsibilities
- Management and administrative control of subcontracts, and comprehensive relationship with them in all areas of the project.
- Analysis of project scopes, tenders for works and services, price analysis, subcontracting, and subcontract follow‑up from inception to completion.
- Subcontract certifications. Monitoring of tasks performed in coordination with other areas.
- Manage scope management, keep a record of change orders, and ensure their communication to all involved to control that all changes are detected, recorded, negotiated, agreed upon, carried out, and certified.
- Coordinate work with Cost Control, Planning, and Quantity Control teams, as well as with other departments involved in the project’s execution.
