We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Specialist to support major capital projects in a fast-paced project environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from bid preparation through contract award and administration.
- Coordinate RFPs, bidder evaluations, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier communications.
- Monitor subcontract performance, milestones, deliverables, change orders, and payments.
- Support supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, claims management, and contract compliance.
- Work closely with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of procurement, subcontract administration, or contract management experience.
- Experience supporting capital projects, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, shipbuilding, or engineering environments.
