• Driving strategy, culture and ways of working for the Software Development department in Research and Development
• Directly influencing Roche Diagnostics’ capabilities in Software Development in the field of analytics/pre‑analytics
• Maintaining and further evolving the Sub Chapter’s expertise within the cross‑functional network of related functions (e.g., LCT), based on current and upcoming needs to deliver on network priorities
• Developing the capabilities of experts specialized in Software Development, including translating patient and customer needs into product design, implementing IVD requirements, driving product care solutions and supporting the overall life cycle of commercialized products
