Urgent Hiring: Certified Sub Arc Welding Operators – Day & Afternoon Shifts Available
Our fabrication facility is experiencing unprecedented growth! Driven by a massive influx of heavy structural mining contracts—specifically focusing on hard rock mining equipment and custom chute fabrication—we have an immediate need for two expert-level Sub Arc Welders. Our production schedule is packed well into the summer months, prompting us to open an entirely new afternoon shift. If you are a dedicated tradesperson ready to hit the ground running, we want you on our floor!
Schedule & Compensation Breakdown
- Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
- Base Pay Rate: $35.00 to $40.00 hourly, strictly dependent on your level of proven shop experience.
- Shift Bonus: An additional $3.00 per hour premium applied to all afternoon shift hours.
