We are looking for a Studio Manager who embodies our passion, vision, and dedication to join our Crew and help drive continued success. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, coaching and guiding your crew, and cultivating our strong company culture. You’ll take charge of the hiring and training process, ensuring new team members are equipped to excel, while holding the crew accountable for performance. Weekly meetings will keep you connected, and monthly check‑ins with the team will ensure everyone is supported and engaged.
