Position Overview
Leads the overall performance, operational excellence, resource management, and delivery quality of the Production Hub, aligning business priorities, client expectations, and daily production operations across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day hub operations with focus on quality, speed, governance, and delivery discipline.
- Manage capacity, staffing, workload balance, escalation paths, KPIs, SLAs, and production health.
- Align priorities with regional/global stakeholders and translate business needs into operating cadence.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, AI-enabled production practices, templates, and scalable ways of working.
- Coach and develop leads, Project Managers, Makers, Designers, Motion specialists, and creative production talent.
