**We are seeking an active student pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering, who is in their 5th year up to 1 year before graduation.This student should be eager to learn and contribute to our EHS processes.
**Core Responsibilities**:- Implement organizational changes in the incident management process (training, updating procedures, validating reports with leadership, etc.).
- Regularize the incident process (address pending reports, audit closed reports, validate evidence availability).
- Adjust the SAP system to begin using it as the official tracking method in LOM (instead of SHP).
- Conduct investigations into safety incidents and contribute to process improvements.
- Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).
