Student Support Specialist

$50–$80/hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Requirements

• Recognised Postgraduate Qualification or Master's Degree in Counselling
• Minimum 3 years of counselling experience (school or youth setting preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration and case management skills
• Experience in group interventions and supporting students with additional needs is an advantage
• Able to apply restorative and strengths-based approaches

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counselling and coaching for students
• Conduct group programmes on social skills, emotional well‑being, cyber wellness, motivation and peer relationships
