Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with students to make them feel valued and supported
- Monitor engagement, attendance, and academic progress to launch timely interventions
- Partner with families, teachers, and support teams to develop personalized success plans
- Identify academic, social-emotional, or environmental barriers to student success
- Maintain thorough documentation of student interactions and progress
- Assist students in establishing academic and personal goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting students, families, or customers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational, mentoring, or student support role
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Workspace
- Ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring
