- Using several languages by phone, email, or in person
- Multitasking as a receptionist and helping in other hotel areas
- Answering telephone calls
- Booking control and availability supervision
- Price and promotion control
- Problem resolution
- Basic accounting and payments control
- Customer assistance
- Managing online reputation on social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.)
Schedule
5 days a week, 6 hours a day
