Student Proposal CoordinatorOur internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.
What You Will Be Working On
We are seeking a student to join us for a 4-8 month co-op position starting in September 2026. This position will be based out of Mississauga, ON.
Organize and manage proposal-related files for easy retrieval and reference
Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details into proposals
Communicate effectively with team members for smooth collaboration during proposal development
Conduct thorough proofreading and editing for error-free proposals
