Job Description
- Investigate student incidents, including bullying, theft, fights, vandalism, and misconduct.
- Interview students and witnesses to gather accurate and impartial information.
- Collect and review evidence such as CCTV footage, written statements, and digital records.
- Prepare clear, professional investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with school leaders, teachers, counsellors, and SEN Officers on case management.
- Support students with empathy while promoting accountability and positive behaviour.
- Maintain confidential case records in compliance with school policies.
- Monitor behavioural trends and provide timely updates and reports to school management.
- Minimum Higher Nitec or GCE'O' Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in an MOE school environment is an advantage....
