Shift pattern: Working 37.5hrs per week (5 out of 7 days)

The student experience team works closely with peers in housekeeping, facilities and, where applicable, caretakers to deliver a safe, clean and inclusive environment for everybody to enjoy and succeed; and to achieve expected performance outcomes.

Duties include:

• Be a positive brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide CARE (Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage) to create a great student experience.
• Build relationships with students, listen to their needs, and direct them to appropriate support.
• Respond promptly to student feedback, resolve issues, or escalate when necessary.
