Our internships and co‑ops are designed to provide you with a business‑relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned supervisor and technical mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.

What You Will Be Working On

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals as part of integrated design‑build teams to support design development.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
• Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, contribute to project planning, coordination, and problem‑solving discussions.
