Student Case Manager for Housing Program

Make a difference in 2SLGBTQIA+ youth lives as a Student Case Manager at Friends of Ruby's Housing Program. This vital role focuses on intensive case management, community relations, and administrative support, with a requirement for on-site work three days per week.
This position is available from September 2026 to May 2027 and requires a commitment to helping high-risk youth navigating housing and mental health services. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support life-skills development. Previous experience in mental health and social services is beneficial, contributing to a successful and supportive environment.
