Student – Billing Analyst, Investment Operations

Location: Quebec City or Montreal (Hybrid) – Immediate Start.

Responsibilities

• Validate invoices from managers and financial service providers.
• Process invoice payments.
• Analyze discrepancies and communicate with internal and external partners when necessary.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of work methods and various projects.
• Contribute to different operational tasks related to investments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 20 hours per week during academic terms (Monday to Friday, daytime) and full‑time during the summer.
• At least one year of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in processing financial data.
• Excellent analytical abilities and technical skills.
