What you’ll do
As Director Structured Credit Solutions you will play a pivotal role in expanding MUFG’s structured finance capabilities across Australia. You will originate, structure, and execute secured financing transactions for institutional clients—including private credit managers, real estate debt investors, private equity firms, and alternative asset managers—leveraging deep product knowledge and an established client network.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key market participants to discover new financing opportunities and drive transaction origination.
- Partner with coverage teams and regional structuring specialists to deliver bespoke financing solutions that meet client objectives within defined risk parameters.
