We are looking for a Structured Finance Analyst to join our team in Madrid, supporting the financing and execution of utility‑scale solar, wind and BESS projects across Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.
How will you make an impact?
Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions and potential asset sales.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project economics and financing structures.
Support debt raising processes, interacting with banks, investors and financial advisors.
Coordinate financial, legal and technical due diligence.
Prepare investment materials and support internal decision‑making.
Work closely with Business Development, M&A and Legal teams.
