Responsibilities

• The Principal Engineer's purpose is to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability, contributing to the organization's strategic objectives and long-term success.
• To utilize your technical expertise to develop safe and quality solutions in support of projects and discipline requirements without guidance.
• To ensure successful resolution of complex technical issues to meet projects and discipline deliverable.
• To engage with peers across Regional Centers to promote knowledge sharing and act as a consultant and mentor to less experienced engineers within the discipline to ensure knowledge transfer, product memory, and application of best practices.
• To work in conjunction with Discipline Manager, Discipline Leads and engineering staff to seek continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency of the work.
