Structural Steel Connection Design Engineer

Position Overview

The Structural Steel Connection Design Engineer is responsible for developing and verifying structural steel connection designs to support project delivery within the Detailing & Engineering Operations department. This role requires a proven record of designing steel structures and works closely with project managers, modelers, detailers, and engineers to ensure connection designs are compliant with relevant codes, standards, and constructability requirements.

The Connection Design Engineer supports internal project teams by providing technical expertise, preparing connection calculations, and reviewing design documents to facilitate accurate and efficient detailing and modeling workflows. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications throughout all phases of structural steel projects.
