Structural Drafter (AutoCAD & Residential projects) | AU Client | WFH

About the Role:

This is a mid-level structural drafting position embedded within a structural engineering consultancy, supporting the full lifecycle of building projects across concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures. You will work directly with engineers and architects to translate design intent into precise, compliant structural documentation. The scope covers everything from initial drawing preparation through to construction-stage updates and quality review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify structural drawings, including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry elements.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce detailed structural documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Australian standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other drafters to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
