We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Modeler to support multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed structural BIM models, preparing structural drawings, and supporting coordination activities across multiple engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed structural BIM models for concrete and steel structures using BIM software.
- Prepare structural shop drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate structural models with architectural, civil, MEP, and utility disciplines.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform model revisions and updates throughout design and construction stages.
