Role Overview
The stream head Digital Analytics & Growth Intelligence will support the Digital Analytics & Growth Intelligence function across Jazz’s digital ecosystem by driving actionable insights, performance analytics, and customer behavior intelligence. The role will focus on translating digital and GSM data into measurable business outcomes through reporting, customer analytics, growth optimization, and performance tracking. The incumbent will work closely with Product, GSM, and Data teams to improve engagement, retention, monetization, and customer lifecycle performance across digital products and services. This position requires a commercially aware analytics professional with strong business intelligence, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
