Job Description

Owns and operates the delivery, coordination, and enablement mechanisms that allow the Human Factors (HF) team to execute reliably and at scale. Responsible for managing HF timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows, while building and maintaining the research infrastructure that underpins HF work. Also supports the CXC Group Head through structured planning, coordination, and follow-through, enabling effective leadership.
