Strategy & Transformation Analyst - Internship 6 months - F/M/X

You will join the Strategy & Transformation department, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Transformation. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group's strategic projects, particularly in the deployment of Acc2030, Mantu's Group-wide transformation plan. You will work alongside senior leadership on high-impact topics at the intersection of business thinking, organizational transformation, and executive governance.

Your Missions

• Conduct in-depth analyses on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning of the Group's brands (Amaris, LittleBig Connection, etc.)
• Carry out benchmarks and ad hoc studies to inform strategic decision-making
• Support the deployment of the Acc2030 transformation plan across the Group, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution
